Manages printer, carrier, and fulfillment operations across vendor onboarding, contracts, billing, capacity, shipping claims, inventory, and service-level performance. Coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, UAT, testing, reporting, root-cause analysis, and process improvements. Uses operational data to identify risks, control costs, improve order quality, and inform product and engineering decisions while maintaining a reliable customer experience.

Own the strategy, development, launch, and performance of a new AI wedding product from zero to one. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap, market positioning, trustworthy AI behaviors, rapid prototyping, user testing, measurement, unit economics, and use of proprietary marketplace and behavioral data. The role also partners with executive, engineering, design, marketing, and data science leaders to shape company-wide AI direction.

Drive revenue by engaging wedding professionals through high-volume outbound calls, managing sales pipelines, presenting advertising solutions, negotiating agreements, and meeting monthly quotas. Build consultative relationships with business owners, maintain accurate Salesforce records, organize daily activities, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role is fully remote and requires a dedicated 40-hour weekly schedule during standard Eastern Time business hours.
