Leads Americas mobility operations, including immigration, work authorization, business travel visas, relocations, international assignments, tax compliance, vendor management, and mobility governance. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and external providers. Develops workforce analytics, Power BI dashboards, reporting, process automation, and operational improvements while ensuring compliance, service quality, and employee support.

Leads U.S. financial controllership, reporting, close activities, balance sheet governance, audit and internal controls. Oversees operational accounting, payroll accounting, treasury-related activities, working capital, compliance, and process improvements. Partners with cross-functional and global finance teams, drives automation and finance transformation, and leads a team while ensuring IFRS, U.S. GAAP, statutory, and company policy compliance.

Reviews, analyzes, revises, and negotiates complex commercial, construction, modernization, maintenance, and repair contracts. Assesses contractual risk, recommends mitigations, negotiates insurance and bonds, researches legal issues, supports bidding and compliance, and advises business branches on contract requirements. Manages multiple high-exposure contracts while coordinating with cross-functional teams and minimizing attorney involvement.
