Senior corporate counsel supporting Kong’s Americas East revenue team by leading complex SaaS and software contract negotiations, advising on commercial legal matters, and supporting federal government customers. The role covers privacy, security, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, open-source software, data governance, and government contracting, while partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Assurance on contract execution.

The Account Development Representative will conduct signal-based outbound prospecting, personalize multi-channel sequences, qualify inbound leads, and book opportunities with technical enterprise personas. The role partners with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Product; uses AI-enabled prospecting tools; experiments with messaging and call strategies; develops API and AI infrastructure expertise; and provides competitive intelligence to improve go-to-market targeting.

Own the vision and execution of Kong Konnect’s billing and monetization platform, including entitlements, pricing and packaging, usage metering, checkout, subscriptions, invoicing, enterprise workflows, marketplace billing, and fulfillment automation. Partner with Finance, Sales, GTM, Product Growth, and Engineering to improve billing accuracy, customer experience, revenue operations, and platform scalability. Define metrics, lead migrations, and deliver best-in-class billing, provisioning, and monetization capabilities.
