Handle complex customer issues while improving AI-powered support systems, workflows, automation, and self-service experiences. Review AI agent performance, identify conversation patterns, manage escalations and regulatory complaints, and develop support playbooks and policies. The role requires ownership, quantitative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on customer support in a regulated consumer fintech environment.

Own Kovo’s legal and compliance function as its sole attorney, supporting fintech product design, regulatory strategy, licensing, bank partnerships, privacy, BSA/AML/KYC, fraud policy, disputes, audits, and marketing review. Build new consumer financial products with minimal regulatory obligations, automate recurring legal operations using AI agents, manage outside counsel, and represent the company with regulators, banks, partners, and auditors.

Own the growth of Kovo’s core credit-building product, including onboarding, lifecycle, conversion, retention, experimentation, analytics, and roadmap direction. The role combines product management with hands-on engineering: prototyping, shipping production code, instrumenting events, analyzing data, and building automated experiment workflows. Candidates should have recent TypeScript, React, or similar production experience, strong SQL and experimentation skills, and a track record of measurable consumer product growth.
