Leads all front-end store functions, supervises cashiers and service associates, and ensures outstanding customer service. Manages scheduling, breaks, cash controls, inventory and stocking procedures, self-checkout performance, loss prevention, safety, maintenance, and compliance. Coaches associates, conducts daily huddles, addresses customer needs, reports incidents, and supports efficient front-end operations.

Manages all store HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, training, certification, performance management, engagement, compliance, grievances, unemployment claims, and retention. Partners with store leaders to maintain staffing, develop employees, administer HR policies, support succession planning, and ensure consistent adherence to company guidelines and labor agreements.

Lead and supervise all front-end operations to deliver excellent customer service, manage cash control and safe procedures, coach associates, enforce safety and shrink-prevention policies, oversee scheduling and breaks, maintain cleanliness and equipment, and ensure compliance with laws and company guidelines.
