Lead accounting advisory engagements focused on purchase accounting (ASC 805), opening balance sheets, and purchase price adjustments. Manage and mentor teams, review deliverables, interact with executive stakeholders, support practice development and business development, prepare technical accounting analyses and memos, and assist clients with post-closing disputes and transaction-related accounting matters.

Manage multiple tax engagements for private equity clients, supervise and train staff, review complex tax returns, liaise with partners and clients, develop practice, oversee billing and tax examinations, and contribute to business development.

Lead actuarial workstreams for regulatory financial condition examinations of life and A&H insurers. Evaluate statutory reserves, PBR frameworks, models, assumptions, reinsurance, and policy/rate filings. Produce defensible conclusions, coordinate actuarial testing, prepare examination reports, manage budgets/timelines, and advise clients and examination teams on actuarial governance and controls.
