Prepare and oversee diversified tax engagements including complex tax returns, workpapers, and client tax planning. Participate in engagement planning, meet deadlines, assist and coach staff, verify client information, and apply firm technical standards while maintaining client relationships and handling confidential matters.

Provide technical accounting and audit guidance, perform report quality reviews, research and document complex GAAP and auditing issues, support inspections and quality management, develop training and technical resources, and advise engagement teams on technical, risk, and independence matters.

Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. Oversee teams, evaluate quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, and key business drivers. Build client relationships, support business development, train and mentor staff, participate in recruiting, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
