Requires CPA or advanced tax law credentials, substantial international tax experience in public accounting, strong leadership, and client management skills. The role is hybrid and based in or requires relocation to the Chicago area.

Leads financial due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Analyzes quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, operational data, financial risks, and business drivers. Advises strategic and private equity clients, leads management meetings and site visits, prepares transaction reports and presentations, and supervises and develops associates and interns across multiple projects.

Tax Interns gain hands-on public accounting experience through tax training, client engagements, and collaboration with experienced accounting professionals. Responsibilities include applying accounting concepts, supporting tax work, participating in development programs, working with clients across industries, and demonstrating readiness for potential full-time Associate Accountant employment.
