Sells furniture, accessories, and services through the company’s selling process, develops customer relationships, supports the interior design program, schedules home consultations, and provides follow-up service. Maintains product knowledge, showroom presentation, customer records, deposits, deliveries, and daily system logs. Assists with customer issues, peer coaching, store opening and closing, and meeting sales goals. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, organization, teamwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
