Deploy as a temporary market owner during General Manager leave, managing member experience, property/vendor relationships, housekeeping/maintenance coordination, unit quality, KPIs (NPS, CSAT), market growth tasks, VIP bookings, and handoffs. Travel extensively (80%) and provide auxiliary training when not on assignment.

Regional leadership role overseeing General Managers across multiple markets to drive member experience, property quality, housekeeping, KPI performance, new property launches, and career development while reporting to the Regional Field Director.

Own and improve dbt models, ELT pipelines, and warehouse architecture (Snowflake or equivalent) to deliver reliable executive KPIs and metric governance. Build data spine for Finance/Operations, enforce data quality/testing, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, FP&A, and Accounting, and influence analytics engineering standards, tooling, and roadmap.
