Manages traffic and transportation engineering projects, including traffic and parking studies, transportation planning, permitting, traffic signal and roadway design. Oversees budgets, schedules, reporting, billing, client relationships, proposals, business development, technical documentation, and junior staff. Coordinates with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting project feasibility, regulatory compliance, public presentations, and field activities.

Manages and performs traffic and transportation engineering projects, including traffic and parking studies, transportation planning, event management, traffic signal, roadway design, permitting, and land development work. Oversees budgets, schedules, billing, reports, proposals, client relationships, business development, and junior staff. Requires coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams, along with occasional field work and travel.

Supports traffic and transportation engineering projects through traffic observations, field work, data collection, technical reports, calculations, design plans, specifications, construction observation, and graphics preparation. The intern may contribute to transportation impact and parking studies, traffic signal design, highway occupancy permits, event management, circulation planning, and transportation master plans. Assignments may also support the Site/Civil group and require travel based on project needs.
