Lead process engineering for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects from feasibility through startup. Develop process design packages, mass and energy balances, equipment specs, PFDs/P&IDs, support HAZOP/PHAs, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring regulatory, safety, and client requirements are met.

Develop and review process simulations, mass and energy balances, PFDs/P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process design documents. Collaborate with EPCs and partners, support commissioning/startup, perform field visits and PHAs, and contribute to feasibility/techno-economic and sustainability analyses for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects.

Lead design and deployment of process monitoring systems for commercial ethanol-to-SAF operations. Develop data monitoring strategy, analyze performance and predict maintenance/catalyst life, support technology transfer, train operations teams, coordinate partners, and improve system capabilities across engineering, operations, and R&D.
