Provides direct nursing care to students, including assessments, triage, medication administration, chronic illness management, communicable illness response, and emergency support. Maintains confidential medical records, immunization documentation, care plans, and compliance with Illinois requirements. Develops health policies, coordinates referrals and field-trip medical information, educates students, families, faculty, and staff, and participates in interdisciplinary student-support teams. The role requires Illinois RN licensure, a BSN, CPR/AED certification, and at least three years of clinical nursing experience.

The General Counsel will serve as the Latin School of Chicago’s sole in-house attorney and senior legal advisor to the Head of School and Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include building the legal function, developing policies and agreements, managing institutional risk, advising on employment and labor matters, supporting student rights and safety compliance, delivering legal training, handling disputes, and guiding nonprofit governance. The role requires practical, high-level counsel across the School’s operations and collaboration with outside attorneys when specialized expertise is needed.
