Manages SBA loan closings from approval through funding, booking, and post-closing resolution. Reviews loan files, SBA forms, due diligence reports, closing conditions, legal documents, and compliance requirements. Coordinates with borrowers, attorneys, internal teams, underwriters, and third parties; maintains accurate loan-system data; prepares funding packages; processes disbursements; books loans; and resolves quality-control and post-closing exceptions.

The role involves sourcing new business for 1031 QI services, building client relationships, and facilitating tax-deferred exchanges while working independently and leveraging industry knowledge for client satisfaction.

Support the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) Solutions Desk by assisting customers and financial representatives, coordinating with Credit Risk and Operations, resolving collateral and credit issues, performing outbound client communications, preparing regulatory and management reporting, and recommending servicing improvements to senior leadership.
