The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees procurement, inventory management, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials to support production. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, resolving order discrepancies, and optimizing inventory levels while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role involves developing strategic account plans, building customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while traveling extensively.

Partner with department managers to analyze revenue, expenses, and CAPEX; build financial models, forecasts, and budgets; run sensitivity and scenario analyses; create reports and dashboards; track KPIs; support vendor payment strategies and initiate EFTs; and perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
