Analyzes consumer, market, category, and innovation data using Excel and third-party datasets. Creates reports, presentations, trend summaries, and commercially relevant recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. Maintains and validates data, conducts desk research, supports thought leadership, and presents insights clearly. Requires strong storytelling, analytical, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with occasional customer and industry-conference travel.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with national and global restaurant and foodservice accounts. Develop account plans, generate new business, negotiate pricing and contracts, manage sales pipelines in Salesforce, and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, R&D, operations, supply chain, and customer service. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, customer relationship development, forecasting, commercial reporting, and accountability for profitable growth and customer success.

Leads corporate brand strategy, enterprise communications, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement. Advises the CEO and senior leadership, oversees internal and external content, establishes brand governance and communications standards, manages media relationships and external partners, and develops KPIs for brand awareness, employee engagement, executive visibility, and reputation.
