Support school director to ensure safe, effective operation of the childcare center; lead staff, maintain licensing compliance, promote children's social, physical, and intellectual development, and act as sole in-charge in director's absence.

Assist the School Director in daily operation, safety, licensing compliance, staff recruitment and supervision, and promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth. Act as director in their absence and support center profitability and positive community image.
