Originate, analyze, execute and manage alternative debt investments (fund finance, securitizations, non-bank financings, structured real estate). Serve as deal captain on transactions, lead due diligence, negotiate documentation, manage portfolio reporting and waivers, engage clients and stakeholders, research new products, support marketing/origination, and mentor junior team members.
