Two-year rotational program developing sales professionals through 12 months in marketing and 12 months in sales. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, marketing planning, product lifecycle support, prospecting, customer relationship development, account meetings, solution selling, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires relocation during rotations and eventual mobility to any U.S. Legrand location.

Mechanical Engineer II responsible for value engineering and product development, including design reviews, risk analysis, cost reduction, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain. The role manages project deliverables, evaluates materials and suppliers, develops business cases, presents recommendations, tracks savings, and supports lean and standardization initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead mechanical development of architectural luminaires from concept through production, including prototyping, validation, regulatory testing, manufacturing collaboration, and ordering-system setup. Manage multiple cross-functional projects, maintain design and production documentation, analyze risks, support peer design reviews, coordinate timelines, and deliver projects meeting customer, cost, and schedule targets.
