Lead mechanical development of architectural luminaires from concept through production, including prototyping, validation, regulatory testing, manufacturing collaboration, and ordering-system setup. Manage multiple cross-functional projects, maintain design and production documentation, analyze risks, support peer design reviews, coordinate timelines, and deliver projects meeting customer, cost, and schedule targets.

Lead an Existing Product Support engineering team to deliver product updates, cost reductions, and design improvements. Oversee project prioritization, ensure manufacturable designs (DFM/GD&T/FMEA), coordinate operationalization with cross-functional teams and suppliers, support production and supply-chain issues, and manage hiring, training, and performance of offshore and onsite team members.

Supports corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Responsibilities include maintaining emissions reporting platforms, analyzing environmental metrics, supporting energy-efficiency projects and supplier development, creating training materials, assisting with sustainability reports, conducting energy audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role develops skills in data management, sustainability reporting, sustainable procurement, manufacturing, communications, and carbon-reduction strategies.
