Partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver recommendations, assess risks, ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance, and improve compensation processes. Requires advanced Excel analytics, compensation expertise, strong judgment, communication, and attention to detail.

The Compensation Partner advises leaders and HR stakeholders on compensation philosophy, pay administration, incentives, job architecture, market analysis, FLSA compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role evaluates salary and bonus requests, analyzes pay equity and workforce trends, prepares leadership presentations, and implements compensation programs and initiatives. It requires strong analytical, communication, judgment, and consultative partnering skills, along with extensive compensation experience and knowledge of HR systems.

Manage complex U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, including audits, agency inquiries, filings, reconciliations, tax adjustments, employee tax configurations, and W-2/W-2c and T4 reporting. Resolve escalated tax matters, oversee registrations and vendor coordination, identify control gaps, and improve payroll tax processes while ensuring regulatory accuracy and timely reporting.

Provides functional analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and Tier 2/3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite across inventory, supply chain, warehouse, financial, asset management, and transportation processes. Translates stakeholder requirements into ERP solutions, supports Agile enhancement delivery, validates system changes, coordinates technical issue resolution, maintains compliance documentation, and assists with training and implementations. The role includes 24/7 on-call support with 15-minute incident response requirements and occasional onsite activities in Atlanta.

Manage the United States Antarctic Program’s PIV and MFA smartcard infrastructure, including credential issuance, tracking, recovery, compliance reporting, audits, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Develop reporting tools, procedures, metrics, and implementation plans; support FISMA compliance; train staff; provide technical support; and coordinate with NSF, cybersecurity teams, HR, partner agencies, and Antarctic stations. Deployment to Antarctica may be required for approximately 3–8 weeks annually.

Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, hardened Kubernetes environments, and automated compliance controls for Navy and DoD deployments. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, DISA STIG compliance, secrets management, ATO evidence automation, and deployment infrastructure across cloud and air-gapped environments. The engineer partners with software and security teams, contributes to application development, uses AI tools to improve workflows, and maintains operational documentation.

Lead administration, configuration, integration, deployment, maintenance, and production support for the enterprise MES platform. Troubleshoot application, database, performance, configuration, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis; coordinate upgrades and releases; and ensure system reliability, security alignment, scalability, and supportability. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, suppliers, and business teams while mentoring technical staff and improving automation and monitoring.

Leads finance and business operations for a $300M enterprise science division, managing program finance analysts and supporting financial performance. Oversees forecasting, FP&A, budgeting, cost management, contractual compliance, proposal support, financial modeling, month-end close, variance analysis, and operational risk assessment. Partners with business development, capture, pricing, and executive teams on growth strategy, cost reviews, cash flows, and business recommendations.

Designs and implements secure, scalable Microsoft Azure platforms for mission-critical applications in U.S. Government environments. Builds landing zones, infrastructure-as-code, networking, identity, deployment automation, monitoring, integrations, and reusable architecture patterns. Partners with cybersecurity and RMF teams on authorization, security boundaries, inherited controls, and ATO requirements. Leads troubleshooting, production readiness, resiliency, recovery, cost planning, and technical mentoring across engineering and DevSecOps teams.

Lead a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives for internal operations and DoD customers. Manage product backlogs, write user stories, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and facilitate Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and PI planning activities. Lead maintenance, administration, and enhancement of cloud-hosted Maximo Application Suite 9 and supporting OpenShift/Oracle/AWS infrastructure. Install, configure, secure (DHS/TSA requirements), troubleshoot, automate operations, gather requirements, document designs, develop integrations and reports (BIRT/Cognos), support users, and participate in DevSecOps lifecycle and high-availability FedRAMP environments.
