Gather requirements, implement COTS integrations, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, participate in reviews, and provide technical leadership and mentoring across the software development lifecycle.

Design, implement, manage, and sustain enterprise network architectures across physical, virtual, hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Provide Tier 2/3 support, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex incidents, maintain documentation, support NOC/SOC operations, implement network security controls, enable cloud integration and disaster recovery, and ensure compliance with DHS/FEMA standards during routine and emergency operations.
