Support high-volume recruiting and onboarding by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate status in Greenhouse, conducting reference checks, and administering onboarding via Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto. Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage mortgage loan closings from clear-to-close through funding for first and second liens. Review files for completeness and regulatory compliance, prepare closing documents, coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys and internal teams, resolve title and file-level issues, maintain records, monitor pipeline to meet SLAs, and stay current on closing/disclosure regulations and best practices.

The Account Executive will cultivate relationships with mortgage brokers, drive loan volume, provide training, and ensure exceptional service throughout the lending process.
