Design and deliver scalable enterprise data platforms supporting analytics and AI for private equity portfolio companies. Lead architecture, data modeling, governance, pipelines, testing, deployment, and monitoring across the full project lifecycle. Manage and mentor cross-functional technical teams, communicate recommendations to senior client stakeholders, and remain hands-on with SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, and transformations. Contribute to AI strategy, reusable architectures, business development, and firm-wide initiatives.

Lead domestic and international M&A tax engagements, including tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-merger integration, tax modeling, merger agreement reviews, and tax opinion memorandums. Advise clients on Subchapter C, Subchapter K, and inbound and outbound international tax matters. Partner with senior leaders on business development, manage multiple engagements and budgets, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
