Serve as primary liaison between clients and vendor network to manage repair and maintenance requests via phone and email. Schedule work, track commitments, escalate disputes, update the database, maintain professional client/vendor communication, assist team training, and handle ad-hoc projects while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) for Sales and Account Management. Gather requirements, design solutions, manage integrations (ZoomInfo, Teams, Sales Navigator), lead data governance and reporting, automate processes (including AI), support cross-functional projects, and train end users.

Serve as the primary client contact for assigned sites, manage service requests and escalations, coordinate vendors and internal teams, ensure timely completion of maintenance work, utilize warranties/leases to protect client funds, provide after-hours coordination, and support ad-hoc projects while maintaining data accuracy and positive client relationships.

Develop product and service messaging, enablement, launch materials, and competitive intelligence for Lessen's platform. Partner cross-functionally to create sales collateral, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, support go-to-market plans, and use AI tools for research and content. May own specific product areas as function scales.

Manage vendor and customer relationships for property services: handle calls/emails, schedule and track services, resolve issues or escalate, source vendors, maintain accurate database records, provide market feedback, educate clients, and support continuous improvement projects.

Source, qualify, onboard, contract, and manage exterior vendors; negotiate pricing and terms; ensure insurance and compliance; monitor vendor performance; resolve escalations; coordinate with operations and leadership on vendor improvements and terminations.

Administer, configure, and support server hardware, OS, messaging, SAN, backup and security systems. Troubleshoot complex server/network/voice issues, assist architecture and DR planning, support escalations and after-hours/on-site emergencies.

Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of residential client accounts. Analyze performance and KPIs, resolve client issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor projects (rehabs/turns/maintenance), recommend solutions, support contract and pricing discussions, and drive account growth and operational improvements.

Manage major commercial construction projects across markets, overseeing design, staffing, schedules, subcontractors, budgets, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, client communication, contract administration, and reporting. Visit sites, coordinate mobilization, prepare project documents and change orders, foster client relationships, and resolve issues to ensure project profitability and compliance.
