Coordinates planned and unplanned construction, maintenance, disaster relief, and environmental health and safety projects. Manages project scope, schedules, vendors, client communications, reporting, quality control, issue resolution, and vendor onboarding. Serves as the primary project contact, monitors vendor performance, supports client satisfaction, and maintains detailed project information for internal and corporate reporting.

Coordinates facilities service delivery for assigned client sites, managing work orders, vendors, client communications, escalations, timelines, warranties, lease responsibilities, and after-hours coverage. The role serves as a key point of contact among clients, affiliates, internal teams, landlords, municipalities, and service providers while supporting operational initiatives and maintaining accurate, confidential data.

Manage strategic client accounts by identifying growth and upsell opportunities, maintaining client relationships, coordinating cross-functional projects, monitoring KPIs, supporting retention, resolving concerns, and ensuring projects meet client expectations and budgets. The role requires knowledge of property management, single-family rentals, renovation and maintenance operations, regulatory requirements, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and client communication.
