Lead data steward for Personal Lines Product, Pricing, and Underwriting domains. Define and maintain a data roadmap, translate plans into actionable epics, govern data policy and classification, and coordinate stakeholders to modernize systems (streaming, data vault, warehousing) and enable a unified insurance platform. Advise Agile squads and collaborate with technical teams to implement durable, compliant data solutions.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto claims from investigation through resolution. Determine liability/compensability, evaluate damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, appraisers, and specialist units. Follow protocols, regulatory requirements, and refer claims as appropriate.

Underwrite and negotiate large commercial surety accounts; perform financial and risk analyses of applicants; manage profitability and retention of an assigned book; build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and accounts; identify cross-sell opportunities; resolve underwriting and workflow issues; mentor junior staff and support special projects.

Underwrite complex North American energy accounts across oil & gas, pipelines, power generation and renewables within delegated authority. Manage broker/client portfolios, assess technical exposures, set terms/limits/deductibles, determine reinsurance, provide portfolio analytics, collaborate with Claims/Actuarial/Engineering/Legal, mentor junior underwriters, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage, investigate, and resolve attorney-represented auto and homeowner bodily-injury claims. Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages; coordinate with trial counsel; attend hearings and trials; ensure adequate reserves and financial controls; identify suspicious claims and subrogation opportunities; manage outside/in-house counsel billing; communicate with claimants, policyholders, and witnesses; maintain claim files and reporting.

Lead underwriting for complex construction-focused inland marine accounts (builders risk, installation, contractors' equipment, project cargo). Evaluate exposures, structure coverage and pricing, manage broker/client relationships, monitor portfolio performance and accumulation, collaborate cross-functionally, drive underwriting improvements, and mentor underwriters to grow profitable business.

Investigate and process commercial auto physical damage claims within authority limits. Communicate with insureds, claimants, agents and internal teams; determine coverage, set reserves, negotiate settlements, prepare or review damage estimates, document files, and refer for subrogation or fraud as appropriate.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto bodily injury claims: investigate coverage and liability, assess damages, set reserves, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants, insureds, attorneys, and third parties.

Underwrite and manage a public entity and education insurance portfolio: assess and price new and renewal business, negotiate terms, maintain agent/broker relationships, analyze portfolio performance, document underwriting decisions, mentor junior underwriters, and lead process improvements to drive profitable growth.

Underwrite commercial auto, workers' compensation, and general liability for mobility sectors (ridehail, delivery, autonomous). Build profitable book, collaborate across functions, analyze emerging risks, maintain agent/broker relationships, and provide consultative underwriting guidance.

Partner with underwriting to provide consultative services, develop training curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, monitor industry trends (telematics, micromobility, autonomous vehicles), and deliver driver coaching and fleet management resources. Serve as subject-matter leader to improve technical quality and support business development.
