Administers multi-state payroll for Libra Solutions and MoveDocs using ADP Workforce Now. Processes bi-weekly payroll, computes wages and deductions, handles garnishments and benefits reconciliations, imports payroll GL data, manages new hires/terminations, responds to employee/payroll inquiries, maintains records, and ensures federal/state compliance.

The Capital Markets Analyst will analyze capital market structures, develop financial models, produce required reports, and assist with liquidity forecasts and financing strategies.

Coordinate marketing projects across multiple brands: manage timelines, collateral, digital and email programs, event support, vendor coordination, website/content updates, sales enablement, asset organization, and basic reporting and budget tracking.

Perform financial and operational analyses, build forecasts for investments and strategic decisions, prepare quarterly risk reviews, consolidate financial statements, maintain rolling forecasts and variance reporting, create Board presentations, identify data sources and metrics to drive decisions, perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects, and develop SQL queries for reporting.

Owns strategic national law-firm partnerships, driving revenue growth, retention, and operational excellence. Builds executive relationships, monitors account performance via data/Power BI, leads cross-functional remediation and scalable process improvements, and travels regularly to ensure consistent multi-state execution and client satisfaction.

The Strategy Analyst will provide financial analysis, lead internal reports, and recommend strategies for business growth, focusing on leveraging data.

Serve as first point of contact for pre-settlement funding applicants in a high-volume inbound call center. Answer ~75-80 calls/day, collect and document applicant information, guide intake/onboarding, use CRM, meet sales/quality/productivity targets, follow scripts and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

Make outbound calls to generate new business, build and manage relationships with attorneys and law firms in an assigned territory, cross-sell company services, handle attorney inquiries, and support Regional Directors with day-to-day sales activities and coverage.

The Strategy Analyst provides analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations, leveraging data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
