Perform individualized restorative programs designed by PT/OT/SLP; assist residents with ambulation and transfers; sanitize therapy equipment; document observations and resident condition; provide resident-centered care and customer service; lift up to 50 lbs; participate in on-the-job training as required.

Coordinates daily clinic operations, assigns staff duties, monitors practice activities, supports patient care delivery, manages staffing and professional development, oversees budgets and audits, and ensures compliance with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards. The role must also function in a licensed capacity as a Medical Assistant, LPN, Radiology Tech, or Imaging Tech.

Provides front-desk, clerical, administrative, and customer service support in primary and walk-in care. Greets patients and visitors, manages calls and messages, schedules appointments, maintains records and databases, prepares reports, processes mail and documents, orders supplies, and performs basic accounting tasks. The role is PRN and requires flexibility, professionalism, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful healthcare environment.
