Perform scheduled interior/exterior security rounds, maintain safety records, conduct fire and disaster drills, respond to alarms and emergencies, enforce access control, perform light maintenance, transport residents/team members, deliver packages and greet residents/guests to ensure a safe community environment.

Plan, lead, and promote resident participation in daily activities; maintain participation records; build one-on-one resident relationships; assist director with program planning and implementation; organize group trips and outings; create and maintain monthly event calendar; communicate programming via newsletters, in-house TV, postings, mailings, and electronic messaging.

Lead lifestyle and engagement programming for senior living residents, manage staff and vendors, develop budgets, coordinate community events, ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
