Supports product development for patient access, engagement, and care continuity solutions. Translates business and clinical needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manages backlog updates; analyzes EHR and operational data; defines product KPIs; documents workflows; and supports agile delivery. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, IT, and Data teams while contributing to roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, UAT, and process improvement.

Maintains general ledger accounts and financial records, prepares journal entries, variance analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close. Supports audits, resolves discrepancies and compliance issues, documents accounting procedures, researches financial questions, and collaborates across departments on process improvements and special projects.

Resolves patient, provider, vendor, and health plan inquiries involving eligibility, insurance benefits, billing, payments, collections, and account issues. Processes payment requests, updates insurance and portal information, reviews billing transactions, supports reporting, and escalates revenue cycle challenges. Provides courteous, empathetic service through phone, email, voicemail, fax, and patient portal while protecting confidential patient information.
