Responsibilities include optimizing funnel performance, defining traffic quality standards, managing identity and attribution architecture, overseeing e-commerce integrations, guiding go-to-market strategy, and making data-driven scaling, pivot, or shutdown decisions.

Build and maintain mission-critical ad-serving infrastructure operating at massive scale. Responsibilities include shipping production code frequently, improving engineering quality through testing and code review, developing expertise in Go and open-source technologies, and designing large-scale data stores, distributed systems, and backend architectures. The role offers measurable impact on millions of users and company revenue while working remotely with quarterly in-person gatherings.

Lead and manage all non-US tax compliance and financial reporting across jurisdictions. Oversee tax provisions, forecasting, modeling, vendor relationships, audits, regulatory monitoring, and cross-functional tax projects while improving processes and supporting leadership with quantitative insights.
