As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer, you will lead the development and quality assurance of slot game software, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with standards.

Drive enterprise architecture strategy to migrate legacy game stacks to the Carbon platform. Establish engineering standards, frameworks, CI/CD, telemetry, and tooling. Provide technical leadership across studios, design scalable game engine architectures (Unity, Godot, proprietary), ensure compliance and reliability, and collaborate with product, compliance, and platform teams to modernize game development workflows.

Lead Lean transformation initiatives and AI coordination to enhance process excellence across multiple business functions, coaching teams and ensuring integration with operational standards.
