Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal clients; translate mission needs into ServiceNow user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; perform gap analysis versus OOTB functionality; design SOPs and process maps; ensure Section 508 and FISMA/NIST compliance; mentor junior staff; coordinate UAT and produce federal-grade deliverables.

Serve as the agile backbone for a cloud engineering team supporting federal cloud modernization. Facilitate full Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution and Jira boards, coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders, maintain documentation in SharePoint, monitor ServiceNow tickets, and promote agile practices. Provide sprint status reporting and support high-level DevSecOps, change management, and federal security compliance conversations.
