Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications for federal clients, including configuration, custom scripting, integrations, workflows, ACLs, and platform performance improvements. Advise teams on ServiceNow architecture and development standards, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support application rollouts, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments. The role also involves enterprise monitoring, system support, data analysis, and maintaining platform stability across multiple instances and domains.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, and solution development for federal ServiceNow implementations. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, creates user stories and functional specifications, performs gap analyses, maintains backlog quality, and develops process maps, workflows, data models, UAT plans, SOPs, and training materials. Collaborates with architects and Agile teams to ensure feasible, compliant solutions aligned with federal standards, accessibility requirements, and security controls. Provides mentorship, conducts quality reviews, and advises stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices.
