The Recruiter at Lincoln International will manage recruitment for Investment Banking Associates, develop hiring strategies, and ensure high-quality candidate selection, while fostering relationships with MBA programs and handling the full recruitment lifecycle.

Manage and administer global compensation and benefits programs, lead benefits renewals and vendor RFPs, ensure regulatory compliance, support annual compensation and bonus cycles, perform market benchmarking and pay equity analysis, develop reporting and analytics, and partner with HR and Finance to optimize total rewards.

Support firmwide operations and strategic communications by organizing meetings, creating presentations and internal communications, coordinating integrations and change initiatives, managing project documentation, and driving efficiencies across cross-functional teams while interfacing with senior leaders.

Support transaction opinions and board advisory engagements by building financial models, performing valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions), drafting board-level presentations and reports, coordinating diligence and client interaction, and overseeing analyst workstreams.
