The Associate will provide transaction opinions, financial analyses, and advisory services, focusing on M&A and valuation processes. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing presentations, managing timelines, and client coordination.

Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements for AI-enabled tools and internal applications, document workflows and acceptance criteria, support scoping, maintain project documentation, assist with user acceptance testing, and help coordinate change management and rollout activities.

This role involves defining and executing the HRIS strategy, managing Workday systems, leading HRIS operations, and optimizing HR technology processes and data governance. The Senior HRIS Manager will collaborate with senior leadership and drive user adoption of HR systems.
