Provide exceptional guest service while performing chocolate and fountain duties including candy making, cashiering, stocking, food safety, merchandising, recipe-based assembly, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment. Handle cash/credit procedures and support upselling and gift-wrap services.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product knowledge to meet sales targets. Perform cash management, restocking, quality control, and store maintenance. Support marketing promotions, escalate issues to management, and comply with operational and safety procedures. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Provide exceptional customer service in Lindt retail shops, meet individual and store sales goals, maintain operational standards (cash management, restocking, cleaning), promote marketing programs, monitor product quality, and support store targets through product knowledge and upselling.
