Lead accounting for Canada and LATAM operations and key B2C marketplaces. Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, bank reconciliations, SOX compliance, and audit support. Participate in ERP and inventory system enhancements, prepare financial analyses, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of government clients through onboarding, training, hands-on field support, and consultative outreach. Increase platform utilization, re-engage inactive accounts, represent the company at events, and ensure high-quality auction listings while traveling extensively within the territory.

Manage full client lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts: qualify inbound leads, onboard clients, drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, execute strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally for pre/post-sales, maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM, lead client meetings, and provide hands-on operational support.
