Lead and coordinate due diligence, closing, and disposition processes for multifamily acquisitions and sales. Manage vendors, review property and third-party documents, serve as primary contact with buyers/sellers and brokers, coordinate internal stakeholders, and supervise one or two direct reports.

Lead strategy, structuring, execution, and placement of single-asset and portfolio financings across CMBS, agency, bank, life company, debt fund, mezzanine, bridge, and construction loans. Partner with executive leadership and Blackstone on capital strategy, manage hedging and swap portfolios, build lender relationships, oversee underwriting/diligence/documentation, mentor junior team members, and report on capital structure, maturities, and market conditions to inform decisions.

Lead escalated and high-profile public affairs and reputation issues across the business. Partner with legal, government relations, communications, operations, and external stakeholders to assess risk, craft strategy, develop communications, and drive coordinated responses. Build processes, train teams, identify emerging risks, and support on-call issue management during non-business hours.
