Design and implement real-time audio, video, and voice AI applications with customer engineering teams. Build integrations, prototypes, reference implementations, and scalable architectures; guide customers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, and deployment. Troubleshoot production issues, lead technical workshops, translate customer needs into product insights, and contribute to LiveKit’s open-source ecosystem. The role requires strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience, customer-facing communication, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Own GTM strategic finance for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, including consumption revenue forecasting, deal desk governance, pricing and margin management, sales compensation, quota planning, financial modeling, KPI analytics, and strategic partnership with GTM leadership and Finance. The role requires advising on deals, building scalable frameworks, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Lead LiveKit’s Product-Led Growth squad across acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention. Own the developer growth journey, identify high-potential accounts, drive platform depth, represent self-serve developers, and establish operating metrics for platform health. Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, support, and sales while influencing highly autonomous teams through judgment, clarity, and trust.
