Develops operational strategies, manages budgets and capacity, ensures regulatory and food safety compliance, improves performance through data and technology, and leads directors and managers. The role oversees food flow, transportation networks, facilities readiness, continuous improvement, emergency response, capital planning, and organizational workforce development.

The HRBP/Generalist will support M&A integration, deliver HR solutions, manage HR operations in Paylocity, and act as a trusted advisor.

Own full-cycle net-new SaaS sales, from prospecting and discovery through demos, business cases, negotiations, forecasting, and signed agreements. Build territory and account plans, generate pipeline through outbound and industry channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Experience selling healthcare technology to provider organizations is preferred.
