The HRBP/Generalist will support M&A integration, deliver HR solutions, manage HR operations in Paylocity, and act as a trusted advisor.

Provide full-cycle, high-volume recruiting support for client organizations across multiple roles, levels, locations, and concurrent requisitions. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, improve candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data accuracy, and optimize hiring processes. The role also involves client advisory, HR consulting, project documentation, stakeholder management, and supporting employer branding efforts in a remote-first environment.

Own client relationships and delivery quality for high-volume recruiting engagements. Lead and coach recruiter teams, manage requisition prioritization and capacity planning, oversee recruiting metrics and reporting, partner with hiring managers on workforce strategies, and ensure strong candidate experience, ATS data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across multiple client engagements.
