Assist with front office and guest services operations, leading and mentoring front desk teams, managing schedules and payroll processes, coordinating room assignments, resolving guest concerns, monitoring feedback, delivering training, conducting financial audits, and supporting hotel safety and operational improvement initiatives.

Lead and mentor the Meetings & Events team, manage large or complex programs, partner with operations to execute BEOs/diagrams, drive revenue and re-booking, implement standards, train staff, support group room block strategy, and provide onsite event leadership and backup for the Director.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and back-of-house areas: wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware and equipment; operate dishwashers; organize and restock supplies; manage waste and recycling; support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams; report equipment issues; follow safety, health, and hotel procedures; work varying shifts as needed.
