How does it work? Loopsive’s WIN+WIN is a viral, powerful and sustainable system to drive sales by sponsoring advocates’ referrals:
Loopsive tracks each direct referral – and the referrals of the referrals - enabling businesses to reward their advocates according to their influence. Sponsors are able to offer a Referral Reward as a percentage of the amount spent by the referred customer. Loopsive splits the Referral Reward up 50-50% into (WIN1) a Discount for the new customers + (WIN2) Referral Cash Back for the referring network. Loopsive charges a 25% of the Referral Reward defined by the sponsor.
Example: a business offers a 20% (10+10) Referral Reward. Loopsive charges a 5% transaction fee adding to a total cost of 25% per referred purchase.
Customer C spends $100 and gets a $10 discount. Loopsive distributes the $10 in cash back among the referring network so that each one of the previous customers shares half of the cash back he/she earns with the customer that referred him/her before. Therefore, Customer B gets $5 in cash back and Customer A gets $5. Finally, Loopsive charges $5 to the sponsor.
