Teams at Lovesac

Provide a welcoming in-store experience, engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, demo products, manage quotes and close sales. Meet individual sales goals and KPIs, conduct customer outreach, resolve issues, maintain merchandising and store operations (opening/closing, inventory, promotions), and follow company policies. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Represent Lovesac at third-party in-store events to drive brand awareness and sales through interactive product demonstrations, customer engagement, merchandising, setup/takedown, and local store support. Meet sales and event KPIs, handle transactions and customer issues, gather feedback, and follow company and vendor policies while performing physical tasks including lifting and assembly.
