Provide welcoming in-store experiences, engage customers using company sales techniques, meet sales goals, manage quotes and transactions, support omni-channel outreach, maintain merchandising and store operations, handle customer issues, perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds, and follow company policies.

Represent Lovesac at third-party in-store events to drive brand awareness and sales through interactive product demonstrations, customer engagement, merchandising, setup/takedown, and local store support. Meet sales and event KPIs, handle transactions and customer issues, gather feedback, and follow company and vendor policies while performing physical tasks including lifting and assembly.
