Partners with clinical, quality, care management, network, provider engagement, technology, and data teams to improve member experience and health plan outcomes. Translates member insights into product requirements, operational workflows, executive dashboards, and interventions supporting CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, and STARs performance.

Leads customer success strategy, account retention, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction for healthcare technology customers. Builds and manages a high-performing Customer Success Manager team while directly owning key accounts in a player-coach capacity. Partners with Product, Enablement, and Technical teams to drive onboarding, activation, customer health monitoring, reporting, and value realization. Develops success metrics, best practices, training, and data-driven programs supporting AI-powered value-based care solutions.

Leads end-to-end healthcare technology implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, integrations, training, operational readiness, and transition to Customer Success. Provides strategic direction, coaches cross-functional teams, coordinates clients and vendors, oversees implementation methodologies, resolves impediments, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement across complex health plan programs.

Own demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives for a healthcare platform targeting large health systems. Develop quarterly marketing plans, manage budgets, execute integrated paid, content, event, outbound, and nurturing campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications. Build performance dashboards, optimize campaign spend and funnel velocity, produce marketing and sales enablement assets, and support trade shows and event activations.
