Leads the enterprise member journey management practice, including journey design, governance, optimization, digital portal and mobile app roadmaps, feedback systems, and Member 360 analytics. Partners with clinical, quality, care management, network, provider engagement, technology, and data teams to improve member experience and health plan outcomes. Translates member insights into product requirements, operational workflows, executive dashboards, and interventions supporting CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, and STARs performance.

Leads customer success strategy, account retention, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction for healthcare technology customers. Builds and manages a high-performing Customer Success Manager team while directly owning key accounts in a player-coach capacity. Partners with Product, Enablement, and Technical teams to drive onboarding, activation, customer health monitoring, reporting, and value realization. Develops success metrics, best practices, training, and data-driven programs supporting AI-powered value-based care solutions.
