Coordinate LumiMeds’ cross-channel marketing function, translating company priorities into campaigns and execution plans. Manage specialists, timelines, workflows, calendars, agencies, and vendors; review marketing materials for quality, messaging, brand consistency, audience fit, and compliance. Monitor performance, identify funnel and execution gaps, improve marketing processes, and provide leadership with visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and results. Collaborate with product, clinical, legal, design, and customer support teams in a regulated telehealth environment.

Lead and coach a remote inbound/outbound patient conversion team, build sales playbooks, improve conversion metrics, maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accurately, collaborate with marketing and ops, and document sales scripts and objection frameworks.

The role involves owning paid acquisition and funnel performance by designing structured A/B tests, managing campaigns, and optimizing CAC and conversion rates.
