Owns strategic provider relationships in an assigned territory to grow referrals and partnerships. Executes territory plans, conducts in-person and virtual provider outreach and education, analyzes referral trends, supports onboarding/adoption, coordinates cross-functionally, maintains CRM and pipeline, and meets referral growth and engagement goals.
