Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major-gift prospects, building donor relationships and securing approximately $500,000–$750,000 annually. Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; maintain donor and campaign records in Raiser's Edge NXT and Asana; support LSTC's capital campaign; collaborate with advancement colleagues, institutional leaders, and volunteers; represent LSTC at events; and monitor portfolio performance and fundraising results.
