Lead architecture, automation, migration, and operational support for enterprise SQL Server environments on-premises and in cloud. Build IaC, monitoring, ETL pipelines, automate DBA tasks, troubleshoot performance/availability, ensure security/compliance, maintain runbooks, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations including production planning, quality control, budgeting, staffing, and coordination with suppliers. Oversee shipping/receiving, packing, order processing, inventory, and audits. Resolve operational and maintenance issues, enforce policies and regulations, compile production data, and train staff. Supervise subordinate supervisors and ensure delivery, cost, and quality targets are met in a fast-paced, production environment.

Oversees large-scale distribution center operations, including P&L, production and quality standards, staffing, process planning, coordination across functions, reporting, and resolution of operational issues. Manages subordinate managers across shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, and related departments to meet cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
