Manages reporting and analytics operations, teams, workflows, critical business intelligence reports, and performance metrics. Lead federal business development for health, readiness, and workforce support: build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, support capture and proposals, mentor BD staff, develop account strategies, and present strategic insights to leadership to drive revenue growth.

Supervise and manage Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs), ensure DoD program compliance, review deliverables, oversee counseling quality, coordinate with installation POCs, handle conflict of interest and reporting processes, and support quality improvement and program reporting.

The Lead IT Telecom Architect designs and optimizes Telecom and Contact Center architecture to meet business goals, ensuring security and performance. Responsibilities include strategy development, technology evaluation, system implementation oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.
