Designs, develops, and delivers BI and analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, data marts, cubes). Analyzes requirements, architects data structures, mentors junior staff, evaluates BI/visualization technologies, and supports production troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.

Supervise and manage Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs), ensure DoD program compliance, review deliverables, oversee counseling quality, coordinate with installation POCs, handle conflict of interest and reporting processes, and support quality improvement and program reporting.

The Lead IT Telecom Architect designs and optimizes Telecom and Contact Center architecture to meet business goals, ensuring security and performance. Responsibilities include strategy development, technology evaluation, system implementation oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.
